Refund policy
Rickey's provides a 30-day return policy, meaning that you may return your item 30-days after receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, (unopened, without damage, and in its original packaging). You will also need proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact Rickey's at contact@rickeyssauce.com with your proof of purchase and request for a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, instructions, and a mailing address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken, otherwise defective, or if you received the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Rickey's will not accept returns of special edition products, custom products (e.g. personalized items), or any product not exhibiting a standard Rickey's label. Rickey's also will not accept returns for products purchased on sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Rickey's will notify you once your return is received and inspected, and whether you refund is approved. If approved, Rickey's will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after your return is approved, please contact us at contact@rickeyssauce.com.
